Bearing blocks manufactured by SUNG-IL MACHINERY are designed for ball and trapezoidal screws.
The construction is very effective in use due to its standardization. The product uses stiff angular contact bearings of the drive block with optimized preload, so that the precision of movement of the screw’s insert can be improved without additional assembly or operation. Furthermore, the standardized product provides excellent compatibility.
High precision
Angular ball bearings in solid parts are precisely mounted in a face-to-face combination, thus minimising the effect of assembly error (maintaining accurate concentricity).
Dust resistance
The support unit is surrounded by an oil sealant to prevent the influx of fine dust or unknown substances and improve the precision of operation. In addition, it allows for long-term use, as grease leakage is prevented by minimising the tolerance between the oil sealant and the rotary shaft.
In the fixed part of the support unit, very stiff angular ball bearings are mounted in a “face-to-face” combination, which is suitable for the dynamic characteristics of the rotary shaft or screw. In addition, it can achieve an accurate rotary or linear motion thanks to a precisely controlled preload during the mounting process. The angular contact bearings are filled with an appropriate amount of high-quality grease. The oil sealant is placed in the solid part to prevent leakage of fine dust and grease. Basic ball bearing is used for simple support of the support unit.
