Chiaravalli pulleys are available in many different designs and sizes. All gear pulleys consist of a rim, a hub and a disc. The outlines of the teeth on the sprocket correspond to the outlines of the gear belts. Torque transmission is carried out by means of pressure forces between the contacting belt teeth and the wheel teeth.
Gear pulleys are made of aluminium, steel and cast iron. They can be in the form of shafts or finished pulleys in a raw version (for further processing) or for adaptation with a Taper Bush bushing.
Depending on the belt type, gear pulleys are made in pitch: T2.5,T5,T10,T20,AT5, AT10,AT20.
