The guides for roller chains are manufactured by Chiaravalli from PE-UHMW. The use of this material provides very high wear resistance and very good sliding properties.
Additional important features of the guides are:
- very high bending strength,
- high chemical resistance
- anti-adhensive features,
- good tear resistance at elevated temperatures,
- extremely low minimum operating temperature of – 250°C.
Profiles are used for single, double and triple row chains. The standard profile types are T1, T2, T3, T1C, T2C, E1. E2, E1C, BL, BLC, U, PC, SF, SFC, V, VC, C 3 – 5 -9 -10 -11.
In our Plastics Processing Centre we make customized guides according to the documentation and needs of our customers. C-type profiles available in galvanized steel and stainless steel AISI 304 are used for mounting the guides.
