Rubber V-belts are produced in profiles: Z, A, B, C, D, E, 20, 25, 45, 50, SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, SP19, 3V, 5V, 8V, AA, BB, CC, XDV-2, AX, BX, CX, 3VX, 5VX, 8VX.
There are also rubber V-belts with teeth, which thanks to their greater flexibility are designed to work on smaller diameters of pulleys. These are profiles: XPZ, XPA, XPB, XPC and variably shaped belts: 17×5, 13×6, 21×6.5, 22×8, 26×8, 28×8, 36×12, 30×10, 33×10.37×10, 42×13, 47×13, 52×16, 55×16, 65×20, 70×20.
V-belt body is made of a special rubber compound, which, thanks to its excellent mechanical properties, ensures high efficiency of the transmissions and minimum wear of the rubber. Reinforcement cords are made of high-strength polyester or aramid cables of low extensibility.
High dimensional precision achieved in the production of V-belts allows for their application also in multi-stage transmissions.
