Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) is popularly called plexiglass or acrylic glass. It is a material with very high scratch resistance, high transparency (up to about 92% of visible light) and high hardness.
The material is very popular and is mainly used on:
– car lamps
– fillings in machine casings, e.g. from aluminium profiles
– parts of household appliances.
The main recipients of PMMA are the advertising industry, but also the industrial sector.
Plastics are available in the form of plates, rods, tubes, profiles and finished products according to drawings.
