Archimedes-Folder-Plastics-2024-ENG.pdfPolyamide (PA) is a construction material whose properties allow it to be used in a very wide range of machine building. The material is very strong mechanically, has high hardness and high thermal stability.
The basic applications can include:

- transmission wheels, drive wheels, belt wheels
- guiding chains
- sliding shafts
- bushings
- sliding
- cams
- gear wheels
- pickups and many others.
Polyamide can be additionally modified through fillers such as: glass or carbon fibre, oil, solid lubricant, molybdenum disulphide (MO). The material is available in several types with standard markings: PA6G, PA6, PA12, PA66, PA46.
Plastics available in the form of plates, rods, pipes, profiles and finished products according to the drawing.
