Offered pulleys adapted to work with V-belts are made of GG 20 cast iron, which has been protected by protective phosphate. As a result, they are practically maintenance-free and their professional finish guarantees resistance to harmful external factors. Excellent precision of workmanship ensures fast assembly and failure-free use for a long time.
Standard pulleys are statically balanced for peripheral speeds not exceeding 25m/sec. On request, Chiaravalli also offers wheels suitable for higher speeds.
The industry leader, Chiaravalli Group SpA, produces pulleys up to 1250 mm in diameter.
