Worms are complex components and require the right material for the application.

The basic materials used to make them are basic and structural materials:

• polyethylene (PE)
• polyamide (PA)
• Polyacetal (POM-C).

Each of these materials has different parameters ranging from high wear resistance to high strength to high dimensional stability. For more demanding applications, modified materials can be used.
