Boteco “Q” series products are a set of threaded washers which are components for machine and equipment construction.
The offer includes:
- knurled washers
- lobe washers
There are 5 basic types of washers available. Products of this series are very universal in use. However, they are usually used as adjustment and locking handwheels.
Washers’ types with through holes in terms of material:
- duroplastic
- reinforced polyamide
The materials used, make the washers resistant to oils and greases. The duroplastic washer is additionally resistant to high temperatures.
Basic parameters and technical information:
- external diameters from 47 mm to 80 mm
- holes for M6 to M24 threads
- threads cut directly into the plastic material, in galvanised steel or bronze inserts
- the surface of the washer in a satin or glossy finish
- for certain types of wahers it is possible to supply different materials, on request and in quantities
