Synthetic Belt Assembly Centre in Toruń has over 70 types of belts supplied by renowned manufacturers such as Ammeraal Beltech, Volta Belting, Reveyron, Megadyne Group, Esbelt.

Cooperation with the leaders in the field of production of conveyor belts allows us to systematically extend the stock of offered belts as well as the processing possibilities of our centre.

Apart from standard issues connected with the production of belts, i.e. the welding of frills, carriers, guide wedges or performing perforations, our Assembly Centre also carries out untypical orders, which open the way for further development.

We make electrode-reinforced carriers, carriers protected against bending, untypical types of frills and other orders according to our customers’ requirements. We offer an exit service for the assembly of belts, where it is required to weld them on the conveyor.

• tape and belt welders enabling thermal bonding up to a width of 3500 mm and longitudinal bonding of tapes

• connections for Anker and Alligator mechanical connectors
• devices for thermal assembly of applications and “HF” machines allowing, among other things, for induction melting of profiles and pickups
• Machining centres for precise belt and strip perforation, tooth milling and unusual applications
• Devices for applying additional coatings and profiles to drive, toothed, V-belt and flat belts
• manual devices for joining round and trapezoidal heat-sealable belts
• production of angular and non-standard tapes according to customer requirements
