The ISORAN belts’ body is made of a high-quality chloroprene-based compound, which is characterized by high fatigue strength, resistance to high temperatures and environmental factors and good resistance to mineral oils. The rubber gear belt’s cord is made of two spirally twisted fiberglass coils with a great flexibility, which provides high breaking strength, very good bending resistance, no elongation and very good adhesion to the belt’s body. The Isoran Gold series belts are equipped with fiberglass cords for the transmission of particularly high power. The nylon protective fabric on the teeth ensures better lubrication during operation.
ISORAN rubber belts are available in 2 versions:
– Classic ISORAN rubber belts with trapezoidal tooth shape – MXL, XL, L, H, XH, XXH
– ISORAN belts with parabolic tooth profile – RPP3, RPP5, RPP8, RPP14 and RPP20.
Megadyne also offers double-sided rubber gear belts with pitch: XLDD, LDD, HDD, RPP5 DD, RPP8 DD and RPP14 DD.
