Plastic, pendulum bearing units are used mainly in food industry applications where high resistance to chemicals used to clean equipment is required. Supports are made of reinforced polyamide (standard) and polypropylene (for applications where increased resistance to chemicals is required). Bearings placed in supports are made of chromium-nickel steel or stainless steel. Additional protection of the bearing is provided by sealants and covers installed in supports.

UCT Series used as shaft tensioners in conveyors:

UCP, UCPA Series– paw fixing:

UCFC Series – bearing suport, round fixing with 4 screws:

• shaft diameters from d25mm to d35mm,
• shaft fixing – pressure screws or eccentric ring,
• supports with a through or closed cover.

UCFA, UCFG Series – support, flange fixing with 3 screws:

• shaft diameters from d20mm to d30mm,
• shaft fixing – pressure screws or eccentric ring,
• supports with a through or closed cover.

SFL, SQL Series – special supports, fixing with 4 or 2 screws:

• shaft diameters from d12mm to d20mm,
• shaft fixing – pressure screws or eccentric ring,
• supports with a through or closed cover.

TRIATHLON Series:

• UCFH fixing with 2 screws,
• UCFQ fixing with 4 screws,
• roller diameters d30mm, d40mm, d 1 ½” ,
• shaft fixing – clamping ring,
• special sealants,
• unique design of bearing pathways- better distribution of grease,
• supports with a through or closed cover,
