Net filtering belts are made of polyester fibres and used in many industrial processes. Due to their open surface they are used in particular for filtration, dewatering and drying of various solid products.

The basic properties of polyester nets are:

  • good dimensional stability,
  • very high mechanical resistance,
  • high tensile strength,
  • certificate for contact with food products,
  • standard widths of fabricated belts up to 1500mm (larger widths on request),
  • blue colour,
  • operating temperature range from 0°C to 60°C, product temperature -5°C to 80°C,
  • holes’ sizes in nets: 1.1×1.1mm, 2x2mm, 3x3mm, 3.6x4mm,
  • air permeability: from 5.000 l / m² / s to 10.000 l / m² / s.

Belts at the fabrication stage are additionally equipped (depending on the application) in:

  • longitudinal and cross PVC reinforcements (width from 30mm to 70mm),
  • straight, slanted and fingertiped pick-ups from H20mm to H100mm,
  • sidewave to limit the spill of products from H20mm to H100mm,
  • belt guide wedges K8, K10, K13, K17,
  • mechanical connections made of plastic or metal.
