Modular chains and straps.pdfGeneral-purpose modular belts and belts for the transport of food products are used for the transport of packaged products as well as for the transport of bulk materials. The construction of arched belts allows to use them for the construction of conveyors working on arches, in a straight line and for ascending or descending systems.
The production range includes series: 2120 M, 2256, 2256 VG, 2257, 2351, 2351 VG, 2451, 2551, 2651, 2250 M FT, 2260 M FT, 2250 TAB FT, 2251 M FT, 2251 TAB FT, 2250 M FG.
Basic parameters of belts:
- production widths from 83,8mm to 850mm
- module plates thicknesses from 8.7mm to 12.7mm
- load capacity up to 30 kN/m
- operating temperature range from – 40 to 120 °C
- modules’ division: 1/2″, 1″, 1 1/4”
- modules’ surfaces: FT (full), FG (openwork), VG (rubberised)
- accessories for arched belts: side tabs, bottom tabs.
Belt materials:
- low friction acetal resins LFG (grey colour), LFB (blue colour), LFW (white colour)
- polyester NGE (dark blue colour)
- polypropylene PP (white, grey colour)
- antistatic plastic AS (black colour).
