Slides from the Systemplast production offer are used in the construction of conveyors as a supporting and guiding elements for plate chains and modular belts. Plastic slides used as a support for belts or chains drastically reduce the coefficient of friction between the supporting structure and the belt or chain, having a positive effect on their smooth operation and reducing the need for drive power in the conveyor.
The production range includes:
- extruded slides: Z, L, U, C, (production lengths 3m, 6m, 30m, 60m, 75m),
- slides with metal fittings (3m and 6m long),
- overlay slides for special carrier profiles made of aluminium or stainless steel (lengths 3m and 6m)
- mounting accessories: dowels and cubes for slides and profiles mounting.
Slides are made of high quality materials:
- polyethylene UHMW,
- polyethylene with NOLU-S lubricants,
- polyethylene UHMW AS – antistatic,
- polyamide PA.
The hardware:
- stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 430,
- anodized aluminium AL-a
