Brake clamps for linear guides are connected to the trucks and allow clamping on the guide’s rail. The clamping, depending on the version, is carried out manually, pneumatically or by spring pressure.

Pneumatic versions are available in different operation variants:

  • clamping by compressed-air
  • opening by compresses-air
  • clamping and opening with compressed air

Clamps are manufactured for specific types of trucks and rails, so when ordering, it is necessary to specify the exact rail model on which the clamp is going to work. Depending on the type of work we can choose in many types of clamps.

Manual clamps:

  • inexpensive and easy to use
  • clamping with adjustable handles
  • for guides’ sizes 15 – 35

Classic pneumatic clamps:

  • symmetrical arrangement of cylinders
  • for guides’ sizes 20 – 55

Pneumatic clamps with double clamping force:
