General-purpose modular belts and belts for the transport of food products are used for the transport of packaged products as well as for the transport of bulk materials.

The construction of straight running belts allows to use them for the construction of conveyors working in a straight line and for ascending or descending systems.

The production range includes series: 2120, 2122, 2121, 2190, 2250, 2253, 2253RT, 2251, 2252, RR2500, 2508, 2630.

Basic parameters of belts:

• production width from 34mm to 5000mm,
• thickness of module plates from 8,7mm to 30mm,
• load capacity up to 80 kN/m,
• operating temperature range from – 40 to 120 °C,
• modules’ pitch: ½”, ¾”, 1″, 2″,
• the surfaces of the modules: FT (full), FG (openwork), VG (rubberized), LBP (accumulation rollers), RT (multi-directional rollers), RR (ribbed surface).

Materials from which the belts are made:

• low friction acetal resins LFG (grey colour), LFB (blue colour), LFW (white colour),
• polyester NGE (dark blue colour),
• polypropylene PP (white, grey colour),
• antistatic material AS (black colour).
