TOMRA offers optical sorters for the application of sorting different fresh leafy vegetables. Our sorting devices are ideal for sorting spring mixed salads, spinach, iceberg lettuce but also whole heads.
TOMRA sorting technologies, which have been used for years, guarantee effective removal of all product defects such as discoloration, yellowing of leaves, removal of cores as well as elimination of unknown bodies such as plastics, stones, glass, but most importantly they are also able to remove insects, worms or snails.
