Volta Belting’s round and V-belts are used in a wide variety of industries. They are characterized by a small pre-tension factor (2%), which proves the high quality of materials they are made of. This guarantees low stretch during operation, dimensional stability and the same speed of cooperating belts.

The Volta Belting offer includes thermally weldable belts of different hardness (from 72ShA to 63ShD), profile and the way of finishing the external surface of the belts. We offer round belts with a diameter from 2 mm to 25 mm, V-belts in sizes 6×4, 8×5.2, 9.5×5.5, 10×6.5, 13×8, 17×11.5, 20×12. 5, 22×14.5, 25×16.5, 32×21.5, 40×27 mm as well as pentagonal belts 13×16, 17×19.5, 22×24.5 mm and two-spoke belts Z/24×6.8 mm and A/30×8 mm.

For heavily loaded applications there are belts with reinforcing cord available. Volta Belting also offers special belts with profiles adjusted to individual customer needs. V-belts are also available with several types of supporting structures such as Super Gripp, Spike, PKR2 and soft polyurethane foam overlays.
