Due to the type of material we can distinguish two types of guides: steel and nylon. Steel guides are used where extremely hard working conditions occur, e.g. foundries, steelworks, some machine tools. Versions with additional covers and partitions are available. For special applications, steel components are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
Nylon wire guides are made of a special polyamide called BRYLON 6 reinforced with glass fibre. BRYLON 6 is a self-extinguishing material, resistant to UV radiation and a number of aggressive chemicals. The wide range of nylon guides is divided into 6 series in order to meet the requirements for dynamic protection of all types of cables.
