Thanks to their X-rail design, they can be used in any position. This guide design provides good compensation for installation errors and low tension in the rail – truck system, which translates into a longer guide life. In addition, the rigidity of these guides can be increased by applying preload in the truck. This is particularly useful for highly rigid and precise motion. The patented design of the lubrication channels contributes to an even distribution of the grease to each ball loop. This solution ensures optimum lubrication in each guide position.
The basic division of the linear guides results from their mechanical size:
Standard series: MSA, MSB, SME, MSG
- mechanical sizes: 15 to 65
- dynamic load capacity: from 11.8kN to 253.5kN
- static moments: from 0.12kNm to 57.32kNm.
Miniature series (stainless): MSC, MSD
- mechanical sizes: 7 to 15
- dynamic load capacity: from 0.94kN to 6.47kN
- static moments: from 2.6Nm to 295.87Nm.
