Erhardt Leimer’s electric actuators of the AG 25, AG 25, AG 45, AG46 and AG 57/58 series are mainly used in winders or unwinders where the standard E+L’s guidance system cannot be used. They are used for positioning of large and heavy materials such as rubber or tar paper.
The heart of the machine is a DC motor with a planetary gearbox of a specific ratio. The system is moved by means of a ball screw with a defined jump and length. The device is equipped with an integrated sensor to calibrate the position. AG drives can transmit forces from 1000N to 20,000N with an adjustment range from 25mm to 500mm.
