Erhardt Leimer is a world market leader in the production of material guidance systems. More than 90 years of experience have contributed to the creation of unique applications. E+L’s systems are mainly used in four industries: tire and rubber products, textile industry, paper and foil production and hygiene products. The standard guiding system consists of a sensor, an execution system and a control system.
Thanks to the use of E+L’s systems we obtain ideal accuracy of the two materials combined, e.g. in the laminating or printing process. Guidance takes place along the selected edge, watermark or the centre of the material. One of the main benefits of using E+L’s guidance systems is the reduction of product waste, which in turn reduces the cost of the process. Depending on the application we offer products form ELGUIDER, ELTENS, ELSMART, CORDALINER type.
