Aluminium constructional profiles are ideal for frames and machine’s casings. Thanks to the modular construction, we can expand them at any time using profiles of any size. Machine frame’s constructions can be integrated with doors, machine’s casings and linear guides. Machine’s casings can be equipped with sliding, swing or hinged doors. Such doors can be opened manually or automatically, and can also be secured against accidental opening. Machine casings can be marked in the appropriate colour with special groove covering profiles.
The largest aluminium profiles can be successfully used as columns and support beams for mezzanines, machine’s and equipment’s casings. The technological advantage of constructional aluminium profiles can be increased by using special foamed profiles to increase stability. Foamed profiles are usually available in lengths up to 5000 mm.
Basically, foamed profile stiffening is available for all series of profiles and can be used for highly dynamic loads. Aluminium profiles that have a large width/height ratio are used for T-tables for machine tools.
