In 2012, we launched the Motovario Gear and Gearmotor Assembly Centre at our Dąbrowa Górnicza Branch.

The assembly line is certified by the international MAC PREMIUM network.

We received the certificate on the basis of tests carried out on our HPL series reducers. We are the only company in Poland to have an authorised assembly of HPL planetary gearboxes, covered by the MAC Premium certificate.

All mechanical sizes of cylindrical, flat cylindrical, cylindrical-bevel gearboxes, variators and electric motors are available in stock. Gearboxes are assembled by mounting an output module with a suitable set of gears to ensure that the desired gear ratio is achieved and then closing the whole with an IEC flange or output shaft. The geared motor is obtained by connecting the gearbox to the motor by means of a flange or coupling. The stock of basic modules and wheel sets allows the installation of very large gearboxes ensuring torque transmission up to 5 500Nm.

The machine park includes, among others:

automatic presses
oil dosing control equipment
marking and measuring devices

Thanks to the use of a modern assembly line, the standard order completion time does not exceed 48 hours. We also have the possibility to deliver in express mode. We provide warranty and post-warranty service also at the customer.
