The guides with CTS bearing rollers are made on the basis of aluminium profiles with steel, chrome-plated and polished rods. Trucks’ plates are made of milled aluminium. Rollers with an eccentric pin allow to adjust the preload. Rollers with eccentric pin provide precise guidance of the truck.

The guides of this type do not require lubrication and are suitable for dusty conditions. The slides are available in pre-fabricated linear modules with bearing and drive system using a belt, chain, toothed strip, and ball or trapezoidal screws. Such modules are available in lengths up to 6m. Non-driven linear modules are also available, commonly used in devices that require precise guidance with gravity drive or require only manual movement.

• Series AK208R, AKR20, LZR2025 – compact toothed guides with drive transffered by gear belt
• Series AD/M, AV/M, LZR2000, LZR2004 – for medium loads with drive transffered by gear belt
• Series AG/M, LZR2005, LZR2011 – for heavy duty with drive transffered by gear belt
• Series AG/CR – with drive transffered by toothed strip
• Series NL, VST2015 – with drive transffered by ball or trapezoidal screw

The guides without a drive are available in the design:

• Series AV, AG, AD, LW 38 (models from 20 to 46) – one rail with external guidance
• Series CL, LW 38 (models 75 to 85) – one track with internal guidance
• Series AS – two rails with the possibility of internal or external guidance of the truck.
