Thanks to its design features as well as the materials and technologies used, the CLEAN DUTY series from Motovario (formerly NMRX, SWX, SWFX series) is ideal for the first stage of processing, for example on lines for packaging fruit and other fresh food products. The compact size and high quality surface treatment ensure high resistance, especially in corrosive environments.

Motoreductors made of AISI stainless steel and the use of TechNiClean technology in the reducer casing make the new series ideal for difficult environmental conditions. The oval design of the gearmotor minimizes stagnation and the build-up of water and dirt.

Cleaning tests for the CLEAN DUTY series were conducted using detergents supplied by Ecolab. Immersion corrosion tests were carried out by using the most representative detergents and disinfectants on the industrial cleaning market.

The gearboxes can be adapted to customer requirements.
