Plate chain conveyors are usually used to transport bottles, cans, cardboard boxes and other tiny and narrow items.

Due to the susceptibility of chains, these types of conveyors can realize complicated tracks; angles of 90° and 180° in sliding and rolling guides are possible (and other angle’s values can be ordered). Vertical breaks – 15° 30° and 45°. The frame is made of aluminium profiles with T-grooves, which allows for easy extension and modification of the conveyor. A stainless steel version is also available. The chains are made of plastic and steel in the option with trucks. Side bands allow transport of products wider than the chain. In the case of long conveying lines, the transfer of the product from one conveyor to another can be carried out frontally by means of transition roller modules or laterally by redirecting the product in bands.
