Modular belt conveyors are used for bulk products (loose), unit and bulk packaging. Modular belt is a supporting element. Its width depends on the size or quantity of transported product. By using a suitable type of belt, in addition to transporting products on the conveyor, the production process can also take place.

Using a perforated FG belt with suitable clearance, we can, for example, dry products. Directed air movement from a fan, blower, dries the product from water. Water then flows through the perforation of the belt to the drip trays located under the conveyor.

When using the belt with accumulation rollers we have the possibility to buffer products (applies to packed products – e.g. cartons, water and beverage sealants).

The construction of conveyors is made of structural profiles and metal sheets. Sliding elements are made of high quality UHMW polyethylene. Drives are usually equipped with angular cochlear gearboxes or bevel cochlear gearboxes. Optional equipment is a control box with a frequency converter to control the conveyor operation.
